Open power bi desktop
Go to home menu option
Click on get data
Get data
We will see some option on the desktop in get data drop down and we can see the option get data option which is visible on the screen
Particularly these options will save any kind of data in any option which are given in get data option.
Example:-before selecting the import option we should have one excel sheet which contains some data,so in this example I am importing an excel sheet with some data
Then we should select ms excel option which was given below
Now we see our excel sheet data file and select that excel and click open button

Select sheet 1
Click on load button
Wait for few seconds until its view data in power bi desktop.
